Community Picnic

DSC_0076The 2018 Bill Horney Memorial Community Picnic will be held Sunday, August 26th on Brantley Circle in Historic Emerywood

This fundraising event is an integral part of the CIS mission:  to surround students with a community of support and empower them to stay in school and achieve in life, benefitting 8 High Point Schools, plus outreach sites and over 5,400 students.  We are grateful for a giving community, a CIS family of supporters,  716 volunteers  and 129 community partners.

Special Thanks to our volunteers, board members, staff, and most importantly our community donors for being our CIS Angels!  We could not do the great work we do without the support of our beautiful community!

Remembering our beloved Bill Horney and his passion for our students and engaging the community to serve.

Entertainment: Turpentine Shine will join us again this year
