Susan comes to Dancing with the High Point Stars as a 55-year young person that is rediscovering life! After raising her four daughters alongside a career at Westchester Country Day School, she is finding great joy in the personal growth and freedom her Rodan+Fields business is allowing her.  One of her goals was to give back to the community with her time, and she is formally doing so by serving on the board of the YWCA High Point and Good Friends of High Point.  She thought that was enough, and was content to say “no” to other areas, until she was asked to participate in DWTHPS – what a fun way to volunteer for a deserving cause! Her husband, Bill, is an incredible dancer, and the two have been known to Carolina shag for hours on end at Myrtle Beach and various shag clubs in the state.  A chance to expand to ballroom dance has always been a dream of hers– what a perfect fit! Having worked in a school setting for so many years and watching children benefit from a little bit of extra attention – particularly from someone other than their teacher – her belief in the mission of CIS is BIG!
